The Role

Hain Daniels are currently recruiting for a Technical Administrator at our Corby site. Here, we produce freshly prepared fruit, freshly squeezed juices and smoothies, fresh fruit patisserie and fruit jellies for the retail channel.

Working as a member of the site technical team to provide a flexible and adaptable resource to maintain and assist in the development of technical documentation and to drive the development of business. You will be required to use statistical analysis to interpret performance data and provide the necessary cornerstone for continuous improvement.

Key Responsibilities:

• Liaison point for group specifications and complaints teams
• Administration of the Food Safety and Quality Management Systems for the site; maintaining document control and record keeping requirements in liaison with all relevant site functions; working with other site administrators to maintain Central Systems Manual
• Maintenance of site Process Specs/Manufacturing Instructions and associated factory paperwork and documentation
• Collection of KPI data, and development and maintenance of KPI logs and databases: internal audits, outstanding actions, non-conformances, concessions, RTMs, depot rejections etc
• Maintenance of the AutoCoding database upon any change in the factory or introduction of a new product or process; or in relation to a factory query or issue with the system
• Provide internal auditing support where required
