The Role

Here at Hain Daniels we are currently recruiting for an Operations Support Analyst at our Corby site. Here, we produce freshly prepared fruit, freshly squeezed juices and smoothies, fresh fruit patisserie and fruit jellies for the retail channel.

The Operations Support Analyst will operate as part of the Drinks operations team, to ensure that stakeholder value is maximised by delivering optimal production planning and resource scheduling.
Key Responsibilities
  • Provide production planning and resource scheduling in an accurate and timely manner to maximise quality, cost and delivery performance metrics.
  • Implement systems to highlight short-term capacity constraints and work with the operations team to resolve.
  • Provide support to the Shift Managers.
  • Proactively seek opportunities to add value through eliminating waste, unevenness and overburden in line with the business strategy on business improvement.
  • Ensure that planning and resource scheduling systems constantly improve to eliminate non-value adding activities.
  • Liaise with other functions to maintain a rolling 13 week forecast aligned to site capacity plan, current performance trends and procurement business planning.
  • Liaise with customers to ensure operations meet customer needs.
  • Collate and analyse operational performance metrics (OEE, yield, giveaway etc.) and ensure that this information is presented in a timely and accurate manner to operational staff.
  • Project work, as directed by the Drinks senior management team.
