Hain Daniels are currently recruiting a Payroll administrator to assist in providing an effective payroll service to the company, ensuring the accurate and timely payment of employees salaries. This is a part time vacancy for a contract period of 3-6 months (possibly slightly longer).
Mon-Friday 9am -2pm


Key Responsibilities:

• Prepare and Process all weekly, fortnightly and month paid employee salaries
• Accurately maintain the employee database
• Process new starters, leavers and changes in salary entitlements
• Prepare and process HMRC reports
• Ensure HMRC guidelines are met and the correct tax codes are used
• Work closely with wider HR team
• Liaise with pension providers to set up auto-enrolment accurately


What you will need for the role / what it will take

• Proven experience gained working in a similar Payroll environment
• Knowledge of pensions auto-enrolment and payroll legislation
• Experience of SAGE 50 Payroll
• Intermediate to advanced Excel skills
• Numerate and detail orientated
