The Role

Hain Daniels are currently recruiting for a Customer Executive for our desserts team. In Clitheroe, we manufacture traditional hot puddings under our Farmhouse Fare brand, as well as our own private label puddings. This role is home based but will require frequent travel to the site, particularly during the first 3 months of employment.

This role will be supporting Head of Sales, Customer Controllers & Customer Managers in the Sales Team, seeking to maximise sustainable profitable growth across Hain Daniels Brand and Retail Own Label.

The successful candidate must be able to build strong relationships and interface across multiple functions both internally and externally.

Supports Head of Sales, Customer Controllers & Customer Managers as required. Through project specific tasks builds experience through "doing".

This role is critical to smooth and efficient running of Customer Accounts, ensuring all administration is kept up to date in line with internal and Customer guidelines.

It is a requirement that the jobholder is compliant with Competition Law at all times


Key Responsibilities

  • Keep up to date with internal and customer administration. including volume forecasts, promotional loading and accruals.
  • Develop expert knowledge of customer and associated systems
  • Sales and promotional reporting and analysis
  • Work cross functionally across all internal departments

What you will need for the role / what it will take

  • Good level of education
  • Previous experience in a similar role supporting a sales team
  • Sales and commercial sales experience preferred
