The Role

Here at Hain Daniels we are currently recruiting for Credit Controller to be based at our Head Office in Thorpe Park, East Leeds.
  
The Credit Controller will ensure all customer debt is collected by its due date, and in line with set company procedures. The candidate will be required to communicate to all customers and internal contacts to enable them to resolve any issues that may arise.

 
Key Responsibilities
  • To use all collection techniques to ensure monies collected by its due date.
  • Reconciliation of all customer accounts within responsibilities.
  • Customer accounts to trade within fixed credit limits - request credit limit reviews.
  • Resolution of any queries that may arise - contact internal employees to collect supporting documentation.
  • Provide copy invoices / pod's / statement and credit notes to facilitate prompt payment.
  • Ensure that all communications with the customers are recorded within Movex.
  • Recommend accounts to be placed on stop.
  • Work towards achievement of both individual and team targets.

What you will need for the role / what it will take

  • Minimum 3 years' experience in a Credit Control position.
  • Good communicator, both by telephone and via email.
  • Be proficient with Microsoft Excel.
  • Good at query resolution.
  • Able to work within set time frames.
