The Role

Hain Daniels are currently recruiting for a ROLE TITLE at our Grimsby site. In Grimsby, we manufacture fresh soups and ready meals, for our own brands, under license, and for private label products.

To lead an efficient production shift, optimising product quality, GMP, customer service, cost, margin and health & safety.  Specific responsibilities include delivering and exceeding consistent performance targets with a well trained team where there is open communications at all levels and focus upon continuous improvement.

To be responsible for the site and take the lead for all factory operations outside of normal working hours. Rotating day and night shift pattern.

Key Responsibilities

  • Manage Factory performance (health &safety, labout, materials, customer service)
  • Actively promote staff development
  • Resources for shift needs
  • Ensure compliance with all company technical and legislative policies

What you will need for the role / what it will take

  • Relevant level of education
  • Proficient on IT packages
  • Experience in food manufacturing at a similar level
  • Relevant food manufacturing qualifications 
  • People manager
