The Role

Hain Daniels are currently recruiting for a Marketing Strategy & Planning Controller. The role will be home based but travel to all Hain Daniels factories will be required.

You will be required to improve commercial decision making resulting in value creation, increased sales & profitability for both Hain Daniels and its customers through improved commercial insight.

Generate a stretching, but balanced, long term plan showing NSV, standard margin & volume demand.

Successful candidate must possess solid analytical skills, numerical dexterity and have the ability to manage multiple data sources, which might not reconcile.

Successful candidate must be able to build good relationships and interface superbly across multiple contact points and seniority levels. Working closely with the Category, Sales, Marketing & Supply Chain Teams

You will support the Sales & Category Director on providing strategic vision.

It is a requirement that the jobholder and all reports are compliant with Competition Law at all times

Key Responsibilities:

  •  Strategic revenue management
  • Drive sales and profitability for both the company and it's customers through robust commercial analysis and insight.
  • Integrated business planning
  • Generate 3-5 year NSV, margin & demand forecast that is suitable for planning budgets, factory capacity and long term strategy

What you will need for the role / what it will take:

  •  Degree level education
  • Proven track record in a senior sales, category or strategic revenue management position within FMCG
  • Multi channel experience
  • Highly numerate
  • Highly competent in analysing and developing multiple data sources
