The Role

Hain Daniels in Fakenham are currently recruiting for a number of Warehouse Operatives. Fakenham is our dedicated Meat Free facility, producing vegetarian products under the Linda McCartney Foods brand and retail own label.

The shift pattern is a 4 on 4 off (6AM -6PM)

Warehouse Operatives are required to support the Team Leader and Lead Operator in all aspects of the warehouse namely goods-in, dispatch, storage (allergen controls), traceability, picking, GMP and H&S.

Key Responsibilities

  • Provide information of issues to ensure improvements are captured and implemented.
  • Adhere to all site transport procedures
  • Ensure allergen control, segregation and identification.
  • Adhere to all procedures, FIFO on stock rotation, lot codes for traceability and maintain Movex recording.
  • Help maintain GMP by keeping work area clean and tidy.
  • Ensure all near miss and accident are reported to management.

What you will need for the role / what it will take

  • FLT Licence including Reach,  Counter Balance and Bendi
  • Previous experience in a similar role
  • Stock control experience
  • Able to input data onto warehouse IT systems
  • Must be able to work 12 hour night shifts as well as day shifts rotating over 7 days
