The Role

Hain Daniels are currently recruiting for a Customer Manager. This Online Customer Manager role is a fantastic opportunity for a driven and ambitious individual. You will receive guidance and encouragement and be given the autonomy to grow the Hain Daniels brands as we continue to expand within the online sector.

The role is focussed on managing existing and new online customers, evolving our online strategy, and developing best practise for both online & physical stores. This is a home based role with the requirement to be able to travel to all Hain sites.

The successful candidate must have Ecommerce experience, enjoy working at pace, be able to build strong relationships both internally and externally and good general account management skills, with an emphasis on trading negotiation, commercial planning & online execution.

Key objective will be to drive sales, profit and visibility within the agreed account portfolio, achieving and exceeding set targets/budget. Managing existing business as well as identifying profitable new business opportunities. Negotiates CPI, annual terms, new listings & promotions.

Key Responsibilities:

  • Manage customer portfolio
  • Build and review annual customer plans aligned to overall strategy
  • Sales forecasting, reporting and analysis
  • Create and implement a full promotional and hopper activation programme within your portfolio
  • Work across all internal departments

What you will need for the role / what it will take:

  •  FMCG Sales background- agreeing and managing JBP's
  • Good understanding of algorithms and how to drive the sales environment
  • Exposure to online platforms
  • Experience of brand and retail own label within an ambient and chilled business ideally.
