Reporting into the Channel Marketing Manager, this role is all about bringing the voice of the shopper, customer and channel into our commercial plans—ensuring our brands are seen, shopped, and loved by more people.

You’ll take ownership of annual shopper media plans for selected customers, working cross-functionally and with external partners to deliver standout activations and insight-driven campaigns that help get Hain brands into more baskets.

This is a great opportunity for someone early in their FMCG marketing career to step into a dynamic and fast-paced shopper marketing role with responsibility and visibility from day one.

Key Responsibilities

Shopper Marketing Planning & Execution

  • Develop and deliver annual customer media plans aligned to both Hain priorities and customer strategies.

  • Own the end-to-end delivery of campaigns—from planning and agency briefing to artwork creation and media booking.

  • Support key launches and brand initiatives, with clear focus on 5Ps (Portfolio, Pricing, Promotion, Placement, Point of Purchase).

  • Ensure best-in-class execution and adherence to brand visual identity in all campaigns.

Insights, Evaluation & Budgeting

  • Track investment and campaign performance, analysing ROI with the insights and category teams to inform future planning.

  • Regularly review POS compliance via field agency feedback, resolving any issues with customer partners.

  • Keep budgets updated and aligned with live plans in collaboration with your manager.

Trade Marketing & Cross-functional Collaboration

  • Work closely with Customer Managers to develop sell-in stories and customer-specific activation plans.

  • Build strong relationships with customer media agencies (e.g. Dunnhumby) and internal teams across category, NPD, and finance.

Champion the Customer & Shopper

  • Act as the voice of the shopper—bringing deep understanding of shopper behaviour and mission-based insights to the fore.

  • Ensure all plans are customer-aligned, relevant, and designed to meet both brand goals and shopper needs.

What You’ll Need

Experience & Education

  • Degree educated with 1+ years’ experience in a Commercial FMCG role (Sales, Marketing, Category or Finance).

  • Ideally experienced in food brands and familiar with the pace of a shopper-focused business.

Skills & Characteristics

  • Excellent communicator with strong presentation and storytelling ability.

  • Strong Excel skills and commercial awareness.

  • Ability to turn data and insight into impactful marketing activations.

  • Highly organised, able to juggle multiple priorities and manage deadlines.

  • A team player who builds strong relationships internally and externally.
