At Hain, we’re proud to champion purpose-driven brands like Linda McCartney’s, helping people make more ethical and sustainable food choices. Our vision? To create a better future for animals, people, and the planet—one meal at a time.

We’re now looking for a passionate and highly organised Brand Ambassador Team Lead to bring the Linda McCartney’s brand to life across the UK through an exciting sampling and events programme. This is a unique, hands-on role for someone who thrives on the road, enjoys connecting with people, and is ready to take ownership of a brand-new function from the ground up.

The Role
You’ll lead a team of three Brand Ambassadors on a UK-wide sampling campaign—taking our fully electric Linda McCartney’s van on the road to share free samples, spark conversations, and make meaningful connections. Your mission is to plan, organise, and deliver brilliant event experiences that leave a lasting impression.

Key Responsibilities

  • Lead and coordinate a team of 3 Brand Ambassadors across a year-long campaign

  • Source and book 1–2 high-impact events per week (public spaces, trade shows, community events, retailer HQs, etc.)

  • Drive and maintain the branded electric sampling van – including journey planning (charging stops), cleanliness, and logistics

  • Act as the key contact for all events, ensuring smooth setup and top-tier brand representation

  • Plan team logistics: event schedules, accommodation, transport and on-site support

  • Build strong relationships with event organisers and venue teams

  • Support live events – delivering product demos, engaging with consumers, and sharing our brand story

  • Distribute promotional materials and track engagement feedback

  • Share event learnings and insights with the wider marketing team to refine future strategy

What We’re Looking For
This is a brand-new role with lots of autonomy. You’ll need to be proactive, personable, and organised—ready to roll up your sleeves, lead from the front, and make things happen.

Must-Have Skills & Experience

  • Previous experience in a Brand Ambassador, promotional, or events role (ideally with team leadership)

  • Excellent interpersonal and communication skills—you’re confident engaging with the public and sharing a brand story

  • Brilliant planning and organisational skills, with a sharp eye for detail

  • Proven ability to build positive relationships with stakeholders and partners

  • Flexibility to work evenings/weekends and travel across the UK

  • Full UK driving licence (essential)

  • A-level education minimum

What You’ll Bring

  • Passion for plant-based food, sustainability and ethical living

  • A team-first mentality—you care about people and bring energy to every project

  • Agility and resilience—you work fast, adapt quickly, and embrace learning on the go

  • A strong sense of ownership—you take initiative and deliver high standards without being micromanaged

  • Integrity, reliability and pride in representing a purpose-led brand

What We Offer

  • Competitive salary

  • Travel expenses and accommodation covered

  • Opportunity to lead a national campaign and shape a new brand function

  • Work with a much-loved, mission-led plant-based brand

  • A supportive, collaborative culture within a values-driven organisation
