Weâre now looking for a passionate and highly organised Brand Ambassador Team Lead to bring the Linda McCartneyâs brand to life across the UK through an exciting sampling and events programme. This is a unique, hands-on role for someone who thrives on the road, enjoys connecting with people, and is ready to take ownership of a brand-new function from the ground up.
The Role
Youâll lead a team of three Brand Ambassadors on a UK-wide sampling campaignâtaking our fully electric Linda McCartneyâs van on the road to share free samples, spark conversations, and make meaningful connections. Your mission is to plan, organise, and deliver brilliant event experiences that leave a lasting impression.
Key Responsibilities

Lead and coordinate a team of 3 Brand Ambassadors across a year-long campaign

Source and book 1â2 high-impact events per week (public spaces, trade shows, community events, retailer HQs, etc.)

Drive and maintain the branded electric sampling van â including journey planning (charging stops), cleanliness, and logistics

Act as the key contact for all events, ensuring smooth setup and top-tier brand representation

Plan team logistics: event schedules, accommodation, transport and on-site support

Build strong relationships with event organisers and venue teams

Support live events â delivering product demos, engaging with consumers, and sharing our brand story

Distribute promotional materials and track engagement feedback

Share event learnings and insights with the wider marketing team to refine future strategy
What Weâre Looking For
This is a brand-new role with lots of autonomy. Youâll need to be proactive, personable, and organisedâready to roll up your sleeves, lead from the front, and make things happen.
Must-Have Skills & Experience

Previous experience in a Brand Ambassador, promotional, or events role (ideally with team leadership)

Excellent interpersonal and communication skillsâyouâre confident engaging with the public and sharing a brand story

Brilliant planning and organisational skills, with a sharp eye for detail

Proven ability to build positive relationships with stakeholders and partners

Flexibility to work evenings/weekends and travel across the UK

Full UK driving licence (essential)
