Senior Brand Manager – Meat Free (Home-Based)

Location: Home-Based (with travel to our Fakenham, Norfolk site 1x per week and occasional business travel)
Reports to: Marketing & Strategy Director – Beverages & Meat Free
Direct Reports: 1 (Brand Manager – Meat Free)

We're looking for an experienced and strategic brand leader to take ownership of our UK Linda McCartney portfolio. You’ll shape and deliver a compelling long-term brand strategy that increases market share, drives penetration, and excites both consumers and customers. This is a pivotal role with the opportunity to make a lasting impact on the plant-based category.

Key Responsibilities

  • Lead and develop the 3–5-year growth strategy for the frozen Meat Free portfolio

  • Create and deliver a healthy, profitable innovation roadmap, working closely with NPD, Sales, Category and Retail teams

  • Leverage data and insight (Kantar, Circana, etc.) to monitor performance and identify course correction opportunities

  • Champion consumer-first thinking and identify transformational growth opportunities across retail and foodservice

  • Manage all UK Frozen innovation projects, from identifying white space to proposition development and launch

  • Use Agile ‘Test & Learn’ methods to deliver breakthrough initiatives at speed

  • Partner with Communications and Trade Marketing to deliver impactful launch and activation plans

  • Bring the portfolio to life internally and externally, building cross-functional engagement and commercial readiness

  • Manage and develop one direct report: Brand Manager – Meat Free

Skills & Experience

  • Strong brand and consumer marketing experience (preferably in FMCG or food & drink)

  • Proven success in developing and executing long-term strategic plans

  • Experience leading innovation and launching new products

  • Exceptional organisational, project management and communication skills

  • Ability to analyse data, identify opportunities and build compelling growth cases

  • Track record of team leadership and cross-functional collaboration
