The Role

Hain Daniels are currently recruiting an HR Advisor who will also be responsible for Training Compliance. You will be required to have a full understanding of employment law and have relevant experience, ideally gained within Food Manufacturing. Previous experience with different shift patterns and seasonal changes would be beneficial. Must be able to conduct consultations, investigations, disciplinary and grievances.
Knowledge of Food Hygiene -  Level  3 and have the ability to train food handlers, basic induction and technical training etc.

The purpose of the role is to provide a seamless and efficient HR service to the site, ensuring legislation and best practice is adhered to.

Key Responsibilities:

  • Manage HR related agenda for the site
  • Point of contact for all HR queries
  • Deliver basic training to food handlers in a confident manner
  • Maintain accurate information relevant to training and HR
  • Support with wider HR projects

What you will need for the role / what it will take

  • Previous HR experience in an advisory capacity
  • Qualified or studying towards CIPD
  • Strong communication skills
  • Proficient on IT packages
  • Understanding of Food Safety standards
  • Confident to deliver presentations and training
  • Food Hygiene Level 3
