This role will be focussed on the commercial management of a number of customers within our soup business with the primary focus being on the Out of Home sector. You'll be required to take full responsibility for Pret, Costa, Nero as well as a number of other out of home/wholesale/convenience accounts for Hain Daniels Soup. The successful candidate must be able to build strong relationships and interface superbly across multiple functions both internally and externally. Key objective will be to drive sales, profit and distribution within the agreed account portfolio.  Managing existing business as well as new business development will be key. This role requires extensive travel and may also include overnight stays.

Key Responsibilities

  • Manage customer portfolio and ensure delivery of agreed targets
  • Sales forecasting, reporting and analysis
  • Attend site meetings
  • Create channel plans in conjunction with overall business strategy
  • Work cross functionally across all internal departments ie: NPD & Marketing, Logistics, Commercial finance

What you will need for the role / what it will take

  • Ideally FMCG bluechip sales background
  • Proven track record
  • Experience of own label & brand
  • Sales experience of dealing with Pret, Costa, Nero as well as wholesale/convenience accounts including Costco, Spar & Brakes.
  • Results focussed with strong commercial acumen
