The Role

Here at Hain Daniels we are currently recruiting for a Brand Manager at our Histon site. Although we manufacture a host of ambient sweet spreads and jellies for our grocery brands at our Histon site, this role will be to manage the launch and growth of our new Meat Free brand.

The Brand Manager will be responsible for effective marketing execution, both externally with key stakeholders (agencies, customers, consumers) and internally across relevant departments (sales, product development, production, finance). The jobholder will support the Head of Marketing (Meat Free) across all marketing and customer channels.  
You must be comfortable with travel to our Fakenham site.

Key Responsibilities:

  • Execute agreed marketing plans across all communication channels, including creative delivery, PR, Sampling and Digital, in conjunction with 3rd party agencies.
  • Communicate projects with factory, including packaging changes and NPD launches.
  • Support development and sell in of marketing plans and product development to customers.
  • Activate agreed Trade Marketing plans with key customers.
  • Support in development of budgets and executions in annual brand plan.
  • Monitor brand and market position and propose changes to plan accordingly.
  • Communication and output delivery from marketing agencies including Planning, Creative, PR, Sampling, and Digital.
  • Management of Supplier PO system for all marketing activity.
  • Monitor monthly spend against annual plan.

What you will need for the role / what it will take:

  • Ideally 1 year experience in Brand Marketing.
  • Desire to learn and succeed.
  • Ability to build relationships cross-functionally.
  • Tenacity to take on projects through to completion.
  • Numerical/analytical ability.
  • Full UK driving license is required, as travel to our site in Fakenham is integral for this role.
