We are looking for a highly motivated and customer-centric Credit Controller to join our team at Hain Celestial UK. This role offers hybrid working, with a base in our Leeds office.

The role will involve achieving cash and debt reduction targets set by the Credit Manager, while minimizing bad debt risk across all of our trading divisions. The ideal candidate will possess a strong ability to manage debt collection with a customer-focused approach, ensuring that targets are met without compromising customer relationships.

Key Responsibilities:

  • Reconcile and collect outstanding debts across all three Hain Daniels Group trading divisions, working closely with internal departments.
  • Proactively liaise with customers whose credit limits have been exceeded, monitoring risk against orders, and submitting credit limit change forms when necessary.
  • Secure settlement of overdue invoices and repayment of unjustified debit notes, ensuring all live transactions are accurately recorded for reporting purposes.
  • Investigate invoice queries, raise necessary credit request documentation, and maintain accurate records of investigation status both in the system and in customer files.
  • Provide regular updates to the Credit Manager on progress against debt reduction and cash targets, as well as general performance measures.
