Hain Celestial is currently recruiting for a Business Systems Analyst. This is a hybrid role, offering flexibility to work from home or at our Peterborough office. In this role, you will be responsible for supporting and enhancing the company's core business systems and associated technologies. Your primary goal will be to ensure the smooth and efficient operation of these systems, supporting key business processes across the organization.

While this position does not involve responsibility for promoting changes to production environments for Movex, M3, or Sage, you will play a critical role in the administration, improvement, and troubleshooting of various business systems. You will also assist with major IT projects and contribute to the overall success of the business.

Key Accountabilities:

  • Systems Support & Administration (30%)
    Provide expert support and administration of the Movex/M3 ERP system and its associated systems, including IBM iSeries, EDI, Streamserve, BACS, and archiving software.

  • Business Systems Improvement (20%)
    Analyze and evaluate business systems and processes, recommending and implementing improvements where necessary. Use your expertise to guide and influence broader business strategies.

  • Project Management & IT Support (20%)
    Assist in managing IT projects and contribute to major IT initiatives as required, ensuring they align with company goals and technical requirements.

  • MIS Reporting & Data Solutions (5%)
    Work with the Business Intelligence (BI) and development teams to design, develop, and implement reporting solutions that meet business needs and drive process improvements.

  • Third-Party Support Management (5%)
    Manage relationships with third-party support providers, ensuring service levels and performance are met.

  • Training (10%)
    Provide on-site training for small groups on Movex/M3 and in-house developed systems, helping to increase user competency and system effectiveness.

  • System Performance & Capacity Planning (10%)
    Monitor the performance of systems and conduct capacity planning exercises to ensure reliable and consistent operation.

What You Will Need for the Role:

  • Education & Experience:

    • Preferably a degree-level qualification.
    • A minimum of 5 years’ experience in a business systems analyst role.
    • Experience with Movex/M3 is preferable, but not essential.
  • Key Skills & Capabilities:

    • Strong problem-solving abilities with a focus on delivering business-driven solutions.
    • Excellent time management skills, with the ability to prioritize tasks effectively.
    • Ability to influence and collaborate across various teams.
    • Experience with financial processes.
    • Experience in a manufacturing environment is a plus.
    • Knowledge of database management and reporting systems.
