We are seeking an enthusiastic and experienced OL (Own Label) Project Manager to join our team at Hain Celestial. In this role, you will be responsible for developing and implementing the innovation and renovation strategy for some of the UK’s most iconic and best-loved retailer brands.
The ideal candidate will be looking to make their mark, leading the delivery of up to 20+ projects ranging from simple artwork changes to complex innovation rollouts. You will be instrumental in maintaining a healthy innovation pipeline for our key customers, ensuring the alignment with Hain's catalogue objectives to minimize complexity for our factories and maximize profits.
As an OL Project Manager, you will be responsible for driving the direction and engagement of local teams, including operations, NPD, sales, category teams, and customers. You will work closely with strategic marketing to understand portfolio strategies and protect key brand attributes. Key Accountabilities:

Project Management (40%)
- Lead and manage key Own Label projects, driving them through the Stage and Gate process to ensure timely and successful delivery.

Cross-Functional Collaboration (50%)
- Collaborate with internal teams and external suppliers, managing weekly cross-functional project group meetings to ensure smooth project execution.

Artwork Management & Coordination
- Manage and coordinate artwork projects across multiple teams, ensuring alignment with branding and production standards.

Annual Planning & Growth Opportunities (5%)
- Work closely with Commercial Managers to contribute to annual planning and identify growth opportunities within key categories.

Learning and Development (5%)
- Participate in key learning and development events to continue building functional competencies and leadership capabilities.
What You Will Need:
Education & Experience:
- Education Level: Degree level qualification or equivalent.
- Experience: A minimum of 5 years’ relevant experience in project management, ideally within innovation, NPD, or category management.
Key Capabilities & Characteristics:
- Strong project management skills and a track record of delivering consistent results.
- Excellent ability to prioritize and manage multiple projects simultaneously.
- Skilled in building and nurturing collaborative relationships across teams.
- Ability to navigate and manage conflict effectively.
- Experience working across multiple sites and with a variety of customers.
- Strong team-building skills, with a focus on driving results.
- Creative problem-solving abilities with a strategic mindset.
- Familiarity with brand strategy development and innovation management.
- Proven experience in campaign development and deployment.
