The Role: Senior Creative Strategist

We're looking for a bold, visionary thinker to shape the long-term creative direction across our portfolio of much-loved brands. From brand positioning to campaign platforms, you'll be the architect of ideas that not only move hearts but shift culture.

You’ll lead the creation of powerful narratives and distinctive identities that drive deep consumer engagement, working across teams and with agency partners to turn strategy into world-class storytelling. What You Will Need for the Role

Strategic & Creative Experience

  • Solid experience in brand strategy, creative direction, or related roles within marketing or advertising

  • A portfolio that demonstrates strong storytelling and campaign development across various platforms

Consumer & Cultural Insight

  • Deep understanding of consumer behavior, cultural dynamics, and market trends

  • Ability to transform insights into emotionally resonant brand strategies

Creative Leadership

  • Proven experience in defining brand vision and developing identity across multi-brand portfolios

  • Skilled in leading both internal and external creative teams and agency partners

Collaborative Mindset

  • Comfortable working cross-functionally across marketing, product, digital, and innovation teams

  • Excellent communication and influencing skills to align stakeholders behind a unified vision

Executional Agility

  • Strong project management abilities with the skill to balance long-term thinking and short-term delivery

  • Detail-focused with the ability to oversee execution without losing sight of the strategic intent

Key Responsibilities

Brand Vision & Positioning

  • Define and drive the long-term creative vision for our brand portfolio

  • Develop distinctive brand identities that create meaningful market differentiation

  • Embed brand purpose across all creative and marketing efforts

Creative Strategy & Narrative Development

  • Lead the development of compelling brand stories and integrated campaign platforms

  • Create messaging frameworks that guide tone, voice, and communication pillars

  • Turn insights into inspiring creative briefs that drive breakthrough ideas

Campaign Development & Execution

  • Partner with portfolio teams to shape creative strategies into consumer-facing campaigns

  • Oversee development of campaign assets, ensuring strategic and audience alignment

  • Collaborate with internal and external creative teams to deliver best-in-class content

Consumer & Category Insight

  • Apply deep consumer understanding to inform creative direction and storytelling

  • Use cultural and category trends to fuel innovative, future-facing strategies

  • Partner with insights team to identify and act on relevant research opportunities

Cross-Team Collaboration & Alignment

  • Work closely with marketing, innovation, digital, and retail teams to ensure consistency

  • Provide strategic input to creative partners and external agencies

  • Facilitate workshops and creative sessions to bring brand platforms to life

Innovation & Thought Leadership

  • Stay ahead of industry and cultural trends to spark new thinking

  • Promote bold, progressive ideas that differentiate our brands

  • Inspire teams through leadership, creativity, and collaboration
